Ahad Seyf Khah is the brother of Ayaz Seyf Khah, an Azerbaijani activist detained in the intelligence detention center.

به گزارش حقوق بشر در ایران، روز پنجشنبه ۹ فروردین ماه ۱۴۰۳، احد سیف خواه، اهل و ساکن استان آذربایجان شرقی، محبوس در زندان مرکزی تبریز، پس از طی مراحل بازجویی ها و تفهیم اتهام با تودیع قرار وثیقه آزاد شد.
براساس این گزارش، آزادی احد سیف خواه، پس از اتمام بازجویی ها و با تودیع قرار وثیقه صورت گرفته است.
همچنین، از جمله مصادیق اتهامات منتسب شده به احد سیف خواه در مرحله بازپرسی فعالیت تبلیغی علیه نظام است.
لازم به اشاره است، احد سیف خواه، در تاریخ ۱۶ اسفند ماه ۱۴۰۲، توسط ماموران امنیتی در شهر تبریز، دستگیر و پس از انتقال به بازداشتگاه اداره کل اطلاعات استان آذربایجان شرقی و طی مراحل بازجویی ها و تفهیم اتهام در تاریخ ۶ فروردین ماه ۱۴۰۳، به زندان مرکزی شهر تبریز، منتقل شده بود.
