It has been reported on 19 February 2026 that Adel Raees Ghannavati, a Kurdish citizen from Ashkhaneh in North Khorasan Province, remains in limbo in the quarantine section of Bojnord Prison more than two weeks after his arrest. It is stated that he was detained by security forces on 24 January 2026 without a judicial warrant and was transferred to an unknown location. After some time, he informed his family through phone calls that he was being held in the quarantine section of Bojnord Prison.
During his detention, this citizen has been denied access to a lawyer and visits from his family. So far, no explanation has been provided by security and judicial authorities regarding the status of his case or the possibility of temporary release.
در تاریخ 19 بهمن 1404 گزارش شده است که عادل رئیس قنواتی، شهروند کرد اهل آشخانه در استان خراسان شمالی، بیش از دو هفته پس از بازداشت همچنان در بخش قرنطینه زندان بجنورد به صورت بلاتکلیف نگهداری می شود. گفته شده است که او در تاریخ 4 بهمن 1404 بدون ارائه حکم قضایی توسط نیروهای امنیتی بازداشت و به مکانی نامعلوم منتقل شده بود. پس از مدتی، او از طریق تماس هایی با خانواده اش اعلام کرده که در قرنطینه زندان بجنورد نگهداری می شود.
در طول مدت بازداشت، این شهروند از حق دسترسی به وکیل و ملاقات با خانواده محروم بوده و تاکنون هیچ توضیحی از سوی نهادهای امنیتی و قضایی درباره وضعیت پرونده یا امکان آزادی موقت او ارائه نشده است.
