Morteza Ebrahimi

On 18 Dey 1404, Morteza Ebrahimi disappeared after leaving his home. He had informed his family that he was going to work, but he intended to participate in protest gatherings. In his last communication, he mentioned being in the Shahrak-e Gharb area of Tehran, and since then, there has been no trace of him.

Since Morteza's disappearance, his family has been awaiting his return. According to close associates, the family's emotional state has been severely affected, and their only request is to learn the fate of their son.

A lawyer has stated that there is no trace of Morteza Ebrahimi. Investigations revealed that the Shapour Intelligence Office and other police stations informed his family that his mobile phone last connected to towers near Aghdasiyeh, Ozgol, and once in Shahrak-e Gharb. Until two days after his disappearance, on 20 Dey 1404, Morteza's phone continued to ring, but it was later turned off and became unreachable. However, no official body has claimed responsibility for his arrest or detention, and his fate remains unknown.

In the meantime, suspicious calls have been made to the family. In one call, it was claimed that Morteza had been arrested and was being held in quarantine under supervision, with no access to him. Subsequent calls alleged that he was being held in quarantine at Tehran's Great Prison or Ward 209 of Evin Prison.

Additionally, other calls with completely contradictory content have been received by the family. In one call, it was claimed that Morteza had been killed and burned, and the family was asked to come for DNA testing. Another call suggested that he had been buried in mass graves. Despite extensive efforts, including visits to Kahrizak and examining the bodies of the deceased, the family has found no trace of him.
