On 17 May 2026, Bahar Sahraiyan was arrested in Shiraz after attending the Shiraz Revolutionary Court to follow up on her legal matters. Her interrogation session was held at the local prosecutor's office on 18 May 2026. It was reported on 19 May 2026 that she was transferred to Adel Abad Prison in the city.
Previously, on 1 November 2022, Bahar Sahraiyan, a lawyer, was arrested by security forces in Shiraz and taken to an undisclosed location.

در تاریخ 28 اردیبهشت 1405، گزارش شده است که او به زندان عادل آباد این شهر منتقل شده است.
