According to the report, on Sunday, June 15, 2025, Majid Shabdini Pashaki, a resident of the village of Pashaki in the Lahijan County of Gilan Province, was arrested by security forces from the Ministry of Intelligence.
A knowledgeable source told the human rights reporter in Iran: "Mr. Shabdini was arrested following a raid by Ministry of Intelligence agents on his home in Lahijan County, and during his arrest, the agents confiscated some personal items, including his mobile phone."
The informed individual further added: "In recent weeks, Mr. Shabdini had been summoned to the Supervision and Follow-up Department of the Ministry of Intelligence in Lahijan County."
Majid Shabdini Pashaki has been transferred to the detention center of the Gilan Province Intelligence Department.
Additionally, up to the moment of this report, the charges against Majid Shabdini Pashaki have been stated as "propaganda activities against the regime" and "insulting the leadership on social media."
It is worth mentioning that Majid Shabdini Pashaki was previously arrested on November 3, 2022, when he was hit in the face by several pellet bullets. After being transferred to Pirooz Lahijan Hospital, and before completing his medical treatment, he was moved to a detention center of one of the security agencies in Gilan Province. After undergoing interrogation and then investigation, he was transferred to Azbaram Lahijan Prison.
In mid-January 2023, he was tried on charges related to "participation in the murder of Hamid Pournorooz – a member of the Basij." However, due to the prolonged legal process of that case, he was released on May 7, 2023, after posting bail worth 50 billion Rials.
به گزارش حقوق بشر در ایران، روز یکشنبه ۲۵ خرداد ماه ۱۴۰۴، مجید شب دینی پاشاکی، اهل روستای پاشاکی از توابع شهرستان لاهیجان در استان گیلان، توسط نیروهای امنیتی وزارت اطلاعات ، دستگیر شده است.
به نقل از یک فرد مطلع در گفتگو با گزارشگر حقوق بشر در ایران:”آقای شب دینی، در پی یورش ماموران وزارت اطلاعات، به منزل وی در شهرستان لاهیجان، دستگیر شده است و ماموران، هنگام دستگیری او، برخی لوازم شخصی از قبیل گوشی تلفن همراه وی را توقیف کردند.”
این فرد مطلع در ادامه افزود:”آقای شب دینی، طی هفته های اخیر، به اداره نظارت و پیگیری وزارت اطلاعات در شهرستان لاهیجان، احضار شده بود.”
مجید شب دینی پاشاکی به بازداشتگاه اداره کل اطلاعات استان گیلان، منتقل شده است.
همچنین، تا لحظه تنظیم این خبر، اتهامات منتسب شده به مجید شب دینی پاشاکی «فعالیت تبلیغی علیه نظام» و «توهین به رهبری در فضای مجازی» عنوان شده است.
لازم به ذکر است، مجید شب دینی پاشاکی، پیشتر هم در تاریخ ۱۲ آبان ماه ۱۴۰۱، در حالی بازداشت شده بود که از ناحیه صورت مورد اصابت چندین گلوله ساچمه ای قرار گرفت و پس از انتقال به بیمارستان پیروز لاهیجان در حالی که مراحل درمانی وی تکمیل نشده بود به بازداشتگاه یکی از نهادهای امنیتی در استان گیلان، منتقل و پس از طی مراحل بازجوئی و سپس بازپرسی به زندان ازبرم لاهیجان، منتقل شده بود.
وی، اواسط دی ماه ۱۴۰۱، از بابت اتهاماتی مرتبط با «مشارکت در قتل حمید پورنوروز – از اعضای بسیج» محاکمه شده بود اما در پی طولانی شدن روند دادرسی به آن پرونده، در تاریخ ۱۷ اردیبهشت ماه ۱۴۰۲، با تودیع وثیقه ای به ارزش ۵ میلیارد تومان، آزاد شده بود.
