Mohammad Ghaderpour, a resident of Piranshahr, has been detained and transferred to Naqadeh Central Prison to serve a prison sentence. Reports indicate that on 19 March 2023, he was summoned to the Piranshahr Enforcement Office and subsequently transferred to Naqadeh Central Prison to serve his two-year and seven-month sentence.
This individual was sentenced in the past summer by Branch 101 of the Piranshahr Criminal Court to two years, seven months, and 15 days in prison on charges of collaborating with the Democratic Party. Mohammad Ghaderpour was initially arrested on 13 February 2022 after being summoned to the Piranshahr Intelligence Office and was transferred to the Intelligence Detention Centre in Urmia. He was temporarily released from Naqadeh Central Prison on 13 March 2022 on a bail of one billion tomans until the completion of legal proceedings.
Prior to this, on 18 March 2023, Rahman Ghaderi and Anwar Sheikhe, both residents of the village of "Pasveh" in the Piranshahr area, were detained after being summoned to the Piranshahr Enforcement Office and transferred to Naqadeh Prison to serve their sentences.
محمد قادرپور، اهل شهرستان پیرانشهر، جهت اجرای حکم حبس بازداشت و به زندان مرکزی نقده منتقل شد. گزارش ها حاکی از آن است که در 28 اسفند 1401، وی پس از احضار به اجرای احکام پیرانشهر، برای اجرای حکم حبس دو سال و 7 ماهه خود به زندان مرکزی نقده منتقل شد.
این فرد در تابستان گذشته توسط شعبه 101 دادگاه کیفری پیرانشهر به اتهام همکاری با حزب دمکرات به دو سال و 7 ماه و 15 روز حبس تعزیری محکوم شده بود. محمد قادرپور در 24 بهمن 1400، پس از احضار به اداره اطلاعات پیرانشهر بازداشت و به بازداشتگاه اداره اطلاعات در ارومیه منتقل شده بود. وی در 22 اسفند 1400، با وثیقه یک میلیارد تومانی موقتاً و تا پایان مراحل دادرسی از زندان مرکزی نقده آزاد شده بود.
پیش از او، در 27 اسفند 1401، رحمان قادری و انور شیخه، هر دو اهل روستای "پسوه" از توابع پیرانشهر، پس از احضار به دادگاه اجرای احکام پیرانشهر، بازداشت و برای اجرای حکم حبس به زندان نقده انتقال یافتند.
