The individual was arrested on 25 August 2020. The main charges included armed conflict and engagement with security forces, which resulted in the deaths of several military and security personnel. The case was initially reviewed by Branch 6 of the Zabol Prosecutor's Office and was later referred to Branch 1 of the Criminal Court of Sistan and Baluchestan Province.
In late 2022 or early 2023, the court issued a death sentence, which was upheld by the Supreme Court. Reports have indicated instances of torture, forced confessions, and violations of fair trial rights, including inadequate access to legal representation during the initial stages.

در اواخر سال 1401 یا اوایل 1402، دادگاه حکم اعدام صادر کرد. این حکم در دیوان عالی کشور تأیید شد. گزارش ها از شکنجه، اعترافات اجباری و نقض حقوق دادرسی عادلانه، از جمله عدم دسترسی مناسب به وکیل در مراحل اولیه، حکایت دارند.
