According to an informed source in a conversation with a human rights reporter in Iran on 3rd of July 2023: "The reason for the arrest of Milad Arsanjani was propaganda activity against the regime in cyberspace, and after the arrest, he was transferred to the investigation branch in Mallard's courthouse, but after the investigator's announcement that there was no Sufficient documents and proofs were issued against this civil activist and a restraining order was issued and he was released.
Earlier on according to Human Rights in Iran, this Sunday morning, July 2, 2023, Milad Arsanjani, a civil activist and former political prisoner, was arrested by the security forces at his father's house and taken to an unknown location. This civil activist had already been arrested by the security forces in 3 stages and had to face legal proceedings.
According to an informed source in a conversation with a human rights reporter in Iran: "Security agents raided Milad Arsanjani's father's house this morning, after searching the house and confiscating the mobile phone of this civil activist, then arrested him and took him to an unknown place.”
Until the moment of writing this news, there is no information about the place of detention, the name of the arresting body, and the legal basis of the charge or charges that led to Milad Arsanjani's arrest.
It should be noted that Milad Arsanjani was arrested by the security forces in the west of Tehran province in mid September 2022 and after being transferred to Evin prison, he was then transferred to the Faraja Intelligence Detention Centre located in the central district of Tehran and again on January 12, 2022. Evin was returned and after completing the investigation and filing of the case, he was transferred to Greater Tehran Prison, and in the early March 2022, he was released from the Great Tehran Prison after a restraining order was issued.
Milad Arsanjani, for the first time, during the nationwide protests of November 2019, was arrested by the security agents on the charge of (sheltering one of the victims of these rallies who had treated his bullet wounds) and on 30th of January 2019, by the 1st branch of the court. The revolution of Shahryar city was sentenced to 5 years imprisonment on the charge of (assembly and collusion with the intention of disrupting the security of the country) and on the charge of (insulting the leadership) to 2 years imprisonment. This sentence was confirmed in the court of appeals of Tehran province and was served to him in Tehran prison. Milad Arsanjani was released on July 28, 2021 in line with the early release of prisoners.
He was arrested again on November 3, 2021 by the agents of the Ministry of Information, and after being transferred to Ward 209 of Evin Prison and during the interrogation process, he was transferred to Tehran Prison. The 209th security ward of Evin prison was returned and on November 29, 2021, he was returned to the quarantine ward of the Great Tehran prison, and on July 16, 2022, he was released from the 2nd brigade of the Great Tehran prison after serving his 9month prison sentence.
به نقل از یک منبع مطلع در گفتگو با گزارشگر حقوق بشر در ایران در دوازده تیر ۱۴۰۲:”علت بازداشت میلاد ارسنجانی فعالیت تبلیغی علیه نظام در فضای مجازی عنوان شد و پس از بازداشت به شعبه بازپرسی در دادسرای ملارد منتقل شد اما در پی اعلام بازپرس مبنی بر عدم وجود مستندات و مدارک کافی بر علیه این فعال مدنی قرار منع تعقیب وی صادر و آزاد شد.”
پیشتر به گزارش حقوق بشر در ایران، صبح امروز یکشنبه ۱۱ تیر ماه ۱۴۰۲، میلاد ارسنجانی، فعال مدنی و از زندانیان سیاسی پیشین، توسط نیروهای امنیتی در منزل پدری خود، بازداشت و به مکان نامعلومی منتقل شد. این فعال مدنی پیش از این هم طی ۳ مرحله توسط نیروهای امنیتی، بازداشت و با پرونده سازی قضایی مواجه شده بود.
به نقل از یک منبع مطلع در گفتگو با گزارشگر حقوق بشر در ایران:”ماموران امنیتی صبح امروز با یورش به منزل پدری میلاد ارسنجانی، پس از تفتیش منزل توقیف گوشی تلفن همراه این فعال مدنی، سپس وی را بازداشت و به مکان نامعلومی منتقل کردند.”
تا لحظه تنظیم این خبر، از مکان نگهداری، نام ارگان بازداشت کننده و مصادیق حقوقی اتهام یا اتهاماتی که منجر به بازداشت میلاد ارسنجانی شده اطلاعی حاصل نشده است.
لازم به اشاره است، میلاد ارسنجانی، اواخر شهریور ماه ۱۴۰۱، توسط نیروهای امنیتی در غرب استان تهران بازداشت و پس از انتقال به زندان اوین سپس به بازداشتگاه اطلاعات فراجا واقع در آگاهی مرکزی تهران منتقل و مجددا در تاریخ ۲۲ دی ماه ۱۴۰۱، به زندان اوین بازگردانده شد و پس از اتمام مراحل بازپرسی و تشکیل پرونده به زندان تهران بزرگ منتقل و اواسط اسفند ماه ۱۴۰۱، پس از صدور منع تعقیب از زندان تهران بزرگ آزاد شده بود.
میلاد ارسنجانی، برای نخستین بار، در جریان اعتراضات سراسری آبان ۱۳۹۸، به اتهام (پناه دادن به یکی از مصدومان این تجمعات که جراحات گلوله او را درمان کرده بود) توسط ماموران امنیتی بازداشت و در تاریخ ۱۰ بهمن ماه ۱۳۹۸، توسط شعبه ۱ دادگاه انقلاب شهرستان شهریار به ریاست قاضی برجسته، به اتهامات (اجتماع و تبانی به قصد برهم زدن امنیت کشور) به ۵ سال حبس تعزیری و به اتهام (توهین به رهبری) هم به ۲ سال حبس تعزیری محکوم شده بود. این حکم در دادگاه تجدیدنظر استان تهران عینا تائید و به او در زندان تهران بزرگ ابلاغ شد. میلاد ارسنجانی، در تاریخ ۱۶ مرداد ماه ۱۴۰۰، در راستای آزادسازی زودهنگام زندانیان آزاد شده بود.
وی مجددا، در تاریخ ۱۲آبان ماه ۱۴۰۰، توسط ماموران وزارت اطلاعات بازداشت و پس از انتقال به بند ۲۰۹ زندان اوین و طی مراحل بازجوئی به زندان تهران بزرگ منتقل شد اما در تاریخ ۶ آذر ماه ۱۴۰۰ مجددا از زندان تهران بزرگ برای بازجویی های تکمیلی به بند امنیتی ۲۰۹ زندان اوین بازگردانده شد و در تاریخ ۸ آذر ماه ۱۴۰۰ به بند قرنطینه زندان تهران بزرگ بازگرداند شد و در تاریخ ۲۵ تیر ماه ۱۴۰۱، پس سپری کردن حبس تعزیری ۹ ماهه خود از تیپ ۲ زندان تهران بزرگ آزاد شده بود.
