سه شنبه ۵ بهمن ماه ۱۴۰۴ حافظ «نوح کوهی» فرزند ارشد مولوی فضل الرحمان کوهی که در پی انتشار ویدئویی درباره بی خبری و تداوم بازداشت پدرش توسط اطلاعات سپاه راسک بازداشت شده بود پس از ۷۰۶ روز معادل یک سال و یازده ماه چهار روز بلاتکلیفی از زندان مرکزی زاهدان آزاد شد.
حافظ «نوح کوهی» حدوداً ۲۵ ساله فرزند مولوی فضل الرحمان کوهی و از مدرسین شعبه حفظ در حوزه علمیه پشامگ پیش تر توسط حال وش احراز شده بود.
منابع نزدیک به خانواده گفته اند که نحوه آزادی و وضعیت حقوقی پرونده او همچنان مشخص نیست و وی در طول دوران بازداشت در وضعیت بلاتکلیف نگهداری می شده است.
پیش تر حال وش گزارش داده بود که وی روز سه شنبه ۲۸ فروردین ماه ۱۴۰۳ پس از انتشار ویدئویی در خصوص تداوم بازداشت پدرش از سوی اطلاعات سپاه راسک فراخوانده شده و پس از مراجعه بازداشت شده است. بنا بر گفته منابع همراهان او پس از ساعت ها انتظار در مقابل این نهاد با این پاسخ مواجه شده بودند که «فعلاً با ایشان کار داریم» و از محل خارج شوند.
گفتنی است حافظ نوح کوهی در ویدئوی منتشرشده در تاریخ ۸ اسفندماه ۱۴۰۲ از بی خبری چهارماهه از وضعیت مولوی فضل الرحمان کوهی خبر داده و خواستار فراهم شدن امکان ملاقات و تماس تلفنی با خانواده شده بود. وی در این پیام تاکید کرده بود که پدرش از تاریخ ۳۰ مهرماه ۱۴۰۲ توسط نیروهای امنیتی بازداشت و به زندان وکیل آباد مشهد منتقل شده و خانواده هیچ اطلاعی از وضعیت سلامت او ندارند.
