Friday 19 February 2026 1 Esfand 1404 Anisha Asadollahi a labor activist was released from Evin Prison after completing her sentence.
Anisha Asadollahi had previously been arrested on 28 April 2023 8 Ordibehesht 1402 when she along with a group of other labor and صنفی activists went to visit Khadijeh Pakzamir the wife of Mohammad Habibi at her home. Security agents from the Ministry of Intelligence raided the house and arrested them. She was transferred to Ward 209 of the Ministry of Intelligence inside Evin Prison and after interrogations were completed was moved to Ward 4 and the womens ward of the prison. She was released on 8 May 2023 18 Ordibehesht 1402 on bail set at 1 billion tomans.
This labor activist had also previously been arrested on 9 May 2022 19 Ordibehesht 1401 after Ministry of Intelligence agents raided her home in Tehran and detained her along with her husband Keyvan Mohtadi. After being transferred to Ward 209 of Evin Prison and undergoing interrogation procedures she was released on 20 August 2022 29 Mordad 1401 on bail set at 2 billion tomans. On 25 February 2023 6 Esfand 1401 she received a written summons from Branch 2 of the Investigation Office of Prosecutors Office District 33 in Tehran to appear for a session to be formally charged prior to the issuance of an indictment. After the indictment was issued her case was referred to the Tehran Revolutionary Court.
On 11 April 2023 22 Farvardin 1402 she received a written summons to appear before Branch 26 of the Tehran Revolutionary Court. On 16 April 2023 27 Farvardin 1402 she presented her defense before Iman Afshari the judge of Branch 26 of the Tehran Revolutionary Court. In late May 2023 late Ordibehesht 1402 she was sentenced to 5 years of discretionary imprisonment on the charge of assembly and collusion with intent to disrupt national security and to 8 months of discretionary imprisonment on the charge of propaganda against the regime. This verdict was fully upheld on 29 June 2023 8 Tir 1402 by Branch 36 of the Tehran Province Court of Appeals presided over by Judge Gholamali Hozan. After the application of Article 134 of the Islamic Penal Code concerning the aggregation of sentences the 5year discretionary prison term for assembly and collusion against national security became enforceable taking into account her previous days in detention.
On 26 July 2023 4 Mordad 1402 after appearing at Branch 1 of the Enforcement of Sentences Office of Prosecutors Office District 33 in Tehran she was arrested and transferred to Evin Prison to serve her fiveyear sentence.
The first phase of her detention dates back to 1 May 2019 11 Ordibehesht 1398 when she was arrested by security forces during a protest gathering held in front of the Parliament building on the occasion of International Workers Day. After undergoing interrogation and being formally charged she was released on bail on 6 August 2019 15 Mordad 1398 . However she was again arrested on 18 June 2019 28 Khordad 1398 by security forces and transferred to Ward 209 of the Ministry of Intelligence. After 45 days of interrogation she was moved to the womens ward of Evin Prison and was released on 6 August 2019 15 Mordad 1398 on bail set at 200 million tomans.
With the beginning of judicial proceedings on 5 October 2019 13 Mehr 1398 she was formally charged by Iman Afshari judge of Branch 26 of the Tehran Revolutionary Court. On 23 October 2019 1 Aban 1398 she was tried on charges of disturbing public order and peace propaganda against the regime and assembly and collusion to commit crimes against national security. She was acquitted of the charges of propaganda against the regime and assembly and collusion to commit crimes against national security and was convicted only of disturbing public order. She was sentenced to 6 months of discretionary imprisonment 6 months of suspended imprisonment and 74 suspended lashes.
After the verdict was formally communicated and she accepted the ruling with part of the enforceable prison term reduced Anisha Asadollahi was arrested on 4 January 2020 14 Dey 1398 to serve her sentence. She was released from Evin Prison on 21 January 2020 1 Bahman 1398 after completing her term.
آنیشا اسداللهی جمعه ۱ اسفندماه ۱۴۰۴ آنیشا اسداللهی فعال کارگری با پایان دوران محکومیت از زندان اوین آزاد شد.
آنیشا اسداللهی پیشتر در تاریخ ۸ اردیبهشت ماه ۱۴۰۲ هنگامی که به همراه جمعی از فعالان کارگری و صنفی دیگر برای دیدار با خدیجه پاک ضمیر همسر محمد حبیبی به منزل وی رفته بودند پس از یورش ماموران وزارت اطلاعات دستگیر به بند ۲۰۹ آن ارگان امنیتی واقع در زندان اوین منتقل و پس از اتمام بازجویی ها به اندرزگاه ۴ و بند زنان در آن زندان منتقل شد و در تاریخ ۱۸ اردیبهشت ماه ۱۴۰۲ با تودیع وثیقه ای به مبلغ ۱ میلیارد تومان آزاد شد. این فعال کارگری در تاریخ ۱۹ اردیبهشت ماه ۱۴۰۱ هم پس از یورش ماموران وزارت اطلاعات به منزل وی در تهران به همراه همسرش ـ کیوان مهتدی بازداشت و پس از انتقال به بند ۲۰۹ زندان اوین و طی مراحل بازجویی در تاریخ ۲۹ مرداد ماه ۱۴۰۱ با تودیع قرار وثیقه ای به مبلغ ۲ میلیارد تومان آزاد شد و در تاریخ ۶ اسفند ماه ۱۴۰۱ با دریافت ابلاغیه ای کتبی از سوی شعبه ۲ بازپرسی دادسرای ناحیه ۳۳ تهران جهت حضور در جلسه تفهیم اتهام پیش از تنظیم کیفرخواست احضار و کیفرخواست وی پس از تنظیم به دادگاه انقلاب تهران ارجاع شد. این فعال کارگری در تاریخ ۲۲ فروردین ماه ۱۴۰۲ با دریافت ابلاغیه ای کتبی جهت محاکمه به شعبه ۲۶ دادگاه انقلاب تهران احضار و در تاریخ ۲۷ فروردین ماه ۱۴۰۲ دفاعیات خود را به ایمان افشاری قاضی شعبه ۲۶ دادگاه انقلاب تهران ارائه و اواخر اردیبهشت ماه ۱۴۰۲ از بابت اتهام اجتماع و تبانی به قصد برهم زدن امنیت ملی به تحمل ۵ سال حبس تعزیری و به اتهام فعالیت تبلیغی علیه نظام هم به تحمل ۸ ماه حبس تعزیری محکوم و این حکم در تاریخ ۸ تیر ماه ۱۴۰۲ در شعبه ۳۶ دادگاه تجدیدنظر استان تهران به ریاست قاضی غلامعلی حوزان عینا تائید شد و پس از اعمال ماده ۱۳۴ مجازات اسلامی تجمیع جرائم تحمل ۵ سال حبس تعزیری از بابت اجتماع و تبانی علیه امنیت ملی با احتساب روزهای بازداشت اولیه برای آنیشا اسدالهی لازم به اجرا شد و در تاریخ ۴ مرداد ماه ۱۴۰۲ پس از مراجعه به شعبه ۱ اجرای احکام دادسرای ناحیه ۳۳ تهران بازداشت و برای سپری کرد دوران حبس تعزیری ۵ ساله خود به زندان اوین منتقل شد. این فعال مدنی نخستین مرحله در تاریخ ۱۱ اردیبهشت ماه ۱۳۹۸ در جریان تجمع اعتراضی به مناسبت روز جهانی کارگر مقایل ساختمان مجلس توسط ماموران امنیتی بازداشت و پس از طی مراحل بازجوئی و تفهیم اتهام در تاریخ ۱۵ مرداد ماه همان سال با تودیع وثیقه آزاد شد اما مجددا در تاریخ ۲۸ خردادماه ۱۳۹۸ توسط نیروهای امنیتی بازداشت و پس از انتقال به بند امنیتی ۲۰۹ وزارت اطلاعات طی مراحل بازجوئی ۴۵ روز بعد به بند زنان زندان اوین منتقل شد و در تاریخ ۱۵ مردادماه ۱۳۹۸ با تودیع وثیقه ای به مبلغ ۲۰۰ میلیون تومان آزاد شد. با آغاز مراحل دادرسی آنیشا اسدالهی در تاریخ ۱۳ مهر ماه ۱۳۹۸ توسط ایمان افشاری قاضی شعبه ۲۶ دادگاه انقلاب تهران تفهیم اتهام و در تاریخ ۱ آبان ماه ۱۳۹۸ از بابت اتهامات اخلال در نظم و آسایش عمومی تبلیغ علیه نظام و اجتماع و تبانی برای اقدام علیه امنیت ملی محاکمه و پس از تبرئه از اتهام تبلیغ علیه نظام و اجتماع و تبانی برای ارتکاب جرم علیه امنیت ملی فقط از بابت اتهام اخلال در نظم عمومی به ۶ ماه حبس تعزیری شش ماه حبس تعلیقی و ۷۴ ضربه شلاق تعلیقی محکوم شد. پس از ابلاغ حکم و اعلام تسلیم به رای و کاهش بخشی از مجموع حبس تعزیری لازم به اجرا آنیشا اسداللهی در تاریخ ۱۴ دی ماه ۱۳۹۸ برای سپری کردن دوران حبس خود بازداشت و در تاریخ ۱ بهمن ماه ۱۳۹۸ پس از اتمام دوران محکومیت خود از زندان اوین آزاد شد.
