On Thursday, December 28, 2023, Emran Qasemzai, born in 1989, along with his brother, Salman Qasemzai, sons of Mohammad Hossein, residents of Iranshahr in Sistan and Baluchestan province, were arrested by security forces and transferred to the central detention center of the General Directorate of Intelligence in Sistan and Baluchestan province.
According to the report, security forces raided the private residence of Emran Qasemzai and Salman Qasemzai before arresting them.
An informed individual described the arrest process, stating that security forces, in two unmarked Peugeot Pars cars and wearing civilian clothes, went to the homes of Emran Qasemzai and Salman Qasemzai and subsequently arrested them.
The informed individual further mentioned that despite the family's persistent inquiries and visits to the Intelligence Office in Iranshahr and the IRGC Intelligence in Iranshahr, they did not receive a clear explanation for the arrest of the two brothers. They were only informed that the brothers had been transferred to the Zahedan Intelligence Detention Center for interrogation.

مروز جمعه ۸دی ماه ۱۴۰۲، ماموران امنیتی در شهرستان ایرانشهر، عمران قاسم زایی و سلمان قاسم زایی، را بازداشت کردند.
به گزارش حقوق بشر در ایران به نقل از حال وش، روز پنجشنبه ۷ دی ماه ۱۴۰۲، عمران قاسم زایی ـ متولد: ۱۳۶۸ به همراه برادرش – سلمان قاسم زایی ـ فرزندان: محمدحسین، ساکن شهرستان ایرانشهر از توابع استان سیستان و بلوچستان، توسط ماموران امنیتی، بازداشت و به بازداشتگاه مرکزی اداره کل اطلاعات استان سیستان و بلوچستان، منتقل شدند.
براساس این گزارش، ماموران امنیتی با یورش به منزل شخصی عمران قاسم زایی و سلمان قاسم زایی، سپس این شهروندان را بازداشت کردند.
همچنین، یک فرد مطلع در خصوص چگونگی بازداشت این افزاد اعلام کرد:”نیروهای امنیتی سرنشینان دو خودرو پژو پارس بدون پلاک با لباس شخصی به منازل عمران سلمان زایی و سلمان قاسم زایی رفته و سپس آنها را بازداشت کردند.
این فرد مطلع در ادامه افزود:”با پیگیری خانواده و مراجعات مکرر آنها به اداره اطلاعات ایرانشهر و اطلاعات سپاه، ایراشهر، پاسخ درستی در خصوص علت بازداشت این ۲ برادر دریافت نکردند فقط به آنها اعلام کردند برای بازجویی به بازداشتگاه اداره اطلاعات زاهدان، منتقل شدند.”
