روز ۱۹ دی ماه 1404 بر اثر اصابت گلوله به شاهرگ پایش به شدت زخمی شد. شدت خون ریزی و نرسیدن به موقع خدمات درمانی باعث شد او پس از چهار تا پنج ساعت جان خود را از دست بدهد. امیرحسین تنها فرزند خانواده بود و پدرش را در کودکی از دست داده بود. او با کار و تلاش، هزینه های زندگی مادرش را تأمین می کرد و تنها تکیه گاه او به شمار می رفت.
