به گزارش حال وش/ روز سه شنبه ۷ اسفند ۱۴۰۳، راننده خودرویی که شامگاه در شب قبلش در اثر تیراندازی بدون ضابطه و مستقیم نیروهای یگان تکاوری در منطقه چاه جمال ایرانشهر هدف قرار گرفته بود، پس از ضرب و شتم در بیمارستان خاتم الانبیا ایرانشهر توسط نیروهای امنیتی لباس شخصی بازداشت و به مکانی نامعلوم منتقل شد. در این تیراندازی، «یوسف شهلی بر» کودک پنج ساله بلوچ که به همراه مادر باردارش مورد اصابت گلوله قرار گرفت و جان باخت.
هویت این شهروند بازداشت شده، « رامین شهلی بر » حدودا ۲۲ ساله فرزند صاحب داد اهل و ساکن ایرانشهر توسط حال وش احراز شده است.
به گفته منابع حال وش: «رامین توسط نیروهای امنیتی لباس شخصی پس از ضرب شتم شدید بازداشت و به مکانی نامعلوم منتقل شده است.»
به گزارش حال وش/ در آخرین ساعات روز سه شنبه ۷ اسفند ۱۴۰۳، «رامین شهلی بر» راننده خودرویی که شامگاه دوشنبه در جریان تیراندازی بدون ضابطه نیروهای یگان تکاوری در منطقه چاه جمال شهرستان ایرانشهر مورد هدف قرار گرفته بود و در پی آن «یوسف شهلی بر» کودک پنج ساله بلوچ جان باخت، پس از ضرب و شتم شدید توسط نیروهای امنیتی و تهدید برای سکوت، با قید وثیقه به صورت موقت آزاد شد.
منابع حال وش گزارش داده اند: «رامین شهلی بر» ۲۲ ساله فرزند صاحب داد، که در بیمارستان خاتم الانبیا ایرانشهر، توسط نیروهای امنیتی لباس شخصی با ضرب و شتم شدید بازداشت و به مکانی نامعلوم منتقل شد بود، وی در جریان بازجویی تهدید شده است که در صورت افشای هویت نیروهای یگان تکاوری به عنوان ضاربین، برای او پرونده ای با اتهام حمل سلاح تشکیل خواهد شد. طبق این تهدیدها، نیروهای امنیتی با آوردن اسلحه به اتاق بازجویی به وی اعلام کرده اند: «اگر بگویی نیروهای مرصاد یگان تکاوری بودند، این اسلحه را به نام تو ثبت و به عنوان عضو یک گروه مسلح محاکمه خواهی شد.»
