It has been reported that Soran Mohammadi, a resident of Piranshahr in West Azerbaijan Province, has been released from the central prison of Naqadeh. His release was secured with a bail of 3 billion tomans after charges were presented during the investigation phase. He is expected to be summoned to a trial session in the coming days upon receiving a notification.
It was stated that Soran Mohammadi was arrested by security forces in Piranshahr in early Mehr 1402 and was transferred to a detention centre of a security agency for interrogation before being moved to Naqadeh prison. The report did not specify the legal charges presented against him.
در خبری دیگر گزارش شده است که سوران محمدی، اهل شهرستان پیرانشهر از استان آذربایجان غربی، از زندان مرکزی شهرستان نقده آزاد شد. آزادی او با تودیع وثیقه ای به مبلغ ۳ میلیارد تومان و پس از تفهیم اتهام در مرحله بازپرسی انجام شده است. او در روزهای آینده با دریافت ابلاغیه به جلسه محاکمه احضار خواهد شد.
گفته شده است که سوران محمدی اوایل مهر ماه ۱۴۰۲ توسط نیروهای امنیتی در شهرستان پیرانشهر دستگیر و پس از انتقال به بازداشتگاه یکی از نهادهای امنیتی و طی مراحل بازجویی به زندان شهرستان نقده منتقل شده بود. در این گزارش به مصادیق حقوقی اتهامات تفهیم شده به وی اشاره ای نشده است.
