معین همایون رنجبر، جوان کرد اهل کرمانشاه و ساکن کرج، یکی از جان باختگان اعتراضات مردمی ۱۹ دی ۱۴۰۴ در ملارد کرج است که با شلیک مستقیم سه گلوله جنگی به ناحیه سر جان خود را از دست داد. گزارش شده است که او توسط نیروهای تک تیرانداز کشته شد. پیکر او در ۲۱ دی ۱۴۰۴ در آرامستان بریموند کرمانشاه به خاک سپرده شد. همایون رنجبر دارای مدرک دیپلم بود و در حوزه ورزش نیز فعالیت داشت.
