"Amir Jolayni" 39 took to the streets during the protests on Thursday January 8 2026 and never returned.
One of his relatives says: "Amir was the eldest son of the family and the father of a 13yearold child. He was a wrestling champion and was in charge of the internal management of a company called Ercut. He was a designer of office and home furniture. Like hundreds of thousands of others he went to the protests on the evening of January 8."
According to this informed person Amir Jolayni had gone to the protests with one of his relatives: "A person who was with him had his eyes hurt from the tear gas they were using in TehranPars. Since he had a history of stroke Amir took him to the car and told him to sit down and Ill be back but he never came back."
On the morning of January 9 Amirs family was informed that he had been arrested by officers from the 126th police station in TehranPars: "Amirs family searched all detention centers prisons police stations and hospitals for nearly a week but the more they searched the less they found."
Finally the family was contacted by the Kahrizak morgue: "Six or seven days later they told them to go to Kahrizak to identify him and they showed them his lifeless bruised body with a bullet in the heart and side."
A person close to the Jalini family says that Amirs head was also bruised and wounded: "Forty days have passed and we dont know what happened to him. Was he shot at the police station? Because they saw his name on the list of detainees. They dont even know exactly where he was shot."
What is clear to Amirs family is that he went missing around 11:30 p.m. on the night of 8 January somewhere near the first square in TehranPars and his body was later found: "They just said he was shot in the heart. On 13 January his lifeless body was handed over to the family."
Amir Jalinis family has been under intense pressure from security agencies in recent days and have been prohibited from providing information about him.
«امیر جُلِینی» ۳۹ساله در اعتراضات پنجشنبه ۱۸دی۱۴۰۴ به خیابان رفت و هرگز بازنگشت.
یکی از نزدیکان او می گوید: «امیر فرزند بزرگ خانواده و پدر یک کودک ۱۳ساله بود. او قهرمان کشتی بود و مدیریت داخلی شرکتی به نام ercut را برعهده داشت. طراح مبلمان اداری و خانگی بود. او هم مثل صدها هزار نفر دیگر شامگاه ۱۸دی به اعتراضات رفت.»
به گفته این فرد آگاه امیر جُلِینی همراه با یکی از نزدیکانش به اعتراضات رفته بود: « فردی که همراهش بود از گاز اشک آوری که در تهرانپارس می زدند چشم هایش اذیت شده بود. چون سابقه سکته داشت امیر او را به ماشین رساند و به او گفت بنشین بر می گردم اما هرگز برنگشت.»
صبح ۱۹دی به خانواده امیر اطلاع می دهند که او توسط ماموران کلانتری ۱۲۶ تهرانپارس بازداشت شده است: « خانواده امیر نزدیک به یک هفته همه بازداشتگاه ها زندان ها و کلانتری ها و بیمارستان ها را گشتند اما هر چه گشتند کمتر یافتند.»
سرانجام از سردخانه کهریزک با خانواده تماس گرفتند: «شش هفت روز بعد گفتند بروند کهریزک برای شناسایی و بدن بی جان و کبودش را با تیری در قلب و پهلو به آن ها نشان دادند.»
فرد نزدیک به خانواده جلینی می گوید سر امیر هم بر کبود و زخمی بود: «چهل روز گذشت و ما نمی دانیم چه بر سرش آمده بود. آیا در کلانتری به او شلیک شده؟ چون اسمش را در فهرست بازداشتی ها دیده بودند. حتی به درستی نمی دانند که محل دقیق تیراندازی به او کجا بوده است.»
آنچه برای خانواده امیر روشن است این است که او حوالی ۱۱:۳۰دقیقه شب ۱۸دی جایی حوالی فلکه اول تهرانپارس گم شده و بعد از آن پیکرش پیدا شده است: « فقط گفتند تیر به قلبش خورده است. ۲۳دی پیکر بی جانش را به خانواده تحویل دادند.»
خانواده امیر جلینی طی روزهای گذشته به شدت تحت فشار نهادهای امنیتی بوده و از اطلاع رسانی درباره او منع شده اند.
