Yasmin Dashtani, one of the defendants in the case known as "Ekbatan Township," has been sentenced to five years in prison and additional penalties. The verdict was issued by Branch 15 of the Tehran Revolutionary Court, presided over by Judge Abolqasem Salavati, and communicated to Ms. Dashtani. She has been convicted of gathering and conspiring to commit crimes against national security. In addition to the five-year prison sentence, she has been prohibited from membership in political parties and groups for two years, banned from residing in the provinces of Tehran and Alborz for two years, and restricted from online activities for two years.
This citizen was arrested by government forces on December 18, 2022, and was released from prison on bail on December 20, 2022, after the completion of interrogations.
یاسمین دشتانی، یکی از متهمان پرونده موسوم به “شهرک اکباتان”، با حکم قاضی صلواتی به پنج سال حبس و مجازات های تکمیلی محکوم شد.
بر اساس حکمی که توسط شعبه ۱۵ دادگاه انقلاب تهران به ریاست قاضی ابوالقاسم صلواتی صادر و به خانم دشتانی ابلاغ شده، وی از بابت اتهام اجتماع و تبانی برای ارتکاب جرم علیه امنیت ملی به پنج سال حبس، دو سال ممنوعیت از عضویت در احزاب و گروه های سیاسی، دو سال منع اسکان در استان های تهران و البرز و دو سال منع فعالیت در فضای مجازی محکوم شده است.
این شهروند ۲۷ آذرماه ۱۴۰۱ توسط نیروهای حکومتی بازداشت شد و ۲۹ آذرماه همان سال پس از اتمام مراحل بازجویی با تودیع وثیقه از زندان آزاد شد.
