On Friday, 19 Dey 1404 (January 9, 2026), Ebrahim Naderi, a 14-year-old child, son of an Afghan father and Iranian mother, residing in Tehran, was killed after being shot in the heart by live ammunition fired by government forces during public protests in the Saadatabad area of Tehran.
This victim was also a working child, employed as a mechanics apprentice.
