On Sunday, 12 Mehr 1405 (4 October 2026), Mohsen Gardeshi was sentenced by the First Branch of the Public and Revolutionary Prosecutor's Office in Bukan to four months and fifteen days in prison on charges of "membership in PJAK."

On 7 October 2025, a citizen was arrested along with his brother, Hossein Gardeshi.

Previously, on 9 January 2021, the two brothers had also been detained during a widespread arrest of Kurdish activists by the intelligence forces of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps.

Eventually, Mohsen Gardeshi was released after a few days, while Hossein Gardeshi was temporarily released on bail from Urmia Central Prison on Monday, 8 March, after two months of detention.

این شهروند روز سه شنبه ١٥ مهرماه ١٤٠٤ (٧ اکتبر ٢٠٢٥)، به همراه برادرش، حسین گردشی بازداشت شدە بودند.

این دو برادر در تاریخ ۲۰ دی ماه ۱۳۹۹ (۹ ژانویه ٢٠٢١) نیز در جریان بازداشت گسترده فعالان کورد توسط نیروهای اطلاعات سپاه پاسداران بازداشت شده بودند.

در نهایت محسن گردشی پس از چند روز آزاد و حسین گردشی روز دوشنبه ۱۸ اسفند پس از دو ماه بازداشت با وثیقه و موقتاً از زندان مرکزی ارومیه آزاد شده بود.
