Two individuals have been sentenced to three years in prison by the Revolutionary Court in Yazd for developing applications related to referendums and free elections. The individuals, identified as Sadegh Dehghani and Majid Qarqani, faced charges for creating these applications.
According to reports, the court has suspended one year of the sentence. The court's decision was reportedly based on the development of an application called Vetoapp, which facilitates the holding of referendums and elections.
These two individuals were previously arrested in Mordad of the previous year, 1404 in the Persian calendar.

دادگاه انقلاب یزد، دو شهروند به نام های صادق دهقانی و مجید قرقانی را به اتهام ساخت اپلیکشین های همه پرسی و انتخابات آزاد به ۳ سال زندان محکوم کرد.
بنا بر گزارش های منتشر شده، دادگاه در رای خود ۱ سال از مدت محکومیت را تعلیق کرده است.
گفته شده استناد دادگاه برای صدور این حکم ساخت اپلیکیشنی با عنوان وِتواَپ (Vetoapp) بوده در آن امکان برگزاری همه پرسی و انتخابات وجود دارد.
این دو شهروند پیشتر در مرداد ماه سال گذشته (۱۴۰۴) بازداشت شده بودند.
