روز یکشنبه ۲۶ شهریور ماه ۱۴۰۲، معصومه قاسمی پور، ساکن شهرستان آمل از توابع استان مازندران، هنرمند بازیگر تئاتر و سینما، توسط نیروهای امنیتی در آن شهرستان، بازداشت و به مکان نامعلومی منتقل شد.

به نقل از یک فرد مطلع در گفتگو با گزارشگر حقوق بشر در ایران:”بازداشت خانم قاسمی پور، در حالی صورت گرفته که او تا به امروز در بلاتکلیفی بسر می برد و پس از بازداشت توسط ماموران پلیس امنیت در آمل ابتدا به بازداشتگاه پلیس امنیت و در نهایت به زندان آمل منتقل شد.”

به گزارش حقوق بشر در ایران، امروز پنجشنبه ۶ مهر ماه ۱۴۰۲، معصومه قاسمی پور، متولد: ۱۳۵۶، پس از تفهیم اتهام با تودیع قرار وثیقه از زندان شهرستان آمل آزاد شد.

براساس این گزارش، از میزان وثیقه تودیع شده برای آزادی موقت معصومه قاسمی پور اطلاعی در دسترس نیست اما وی باید در انتظار ابلاغیه برای حضور در جلسه بازپرسی یا محاکمه باشد.
