عرفان بزرگی ۲۲ ساله ورزشکار اهل مرودش و قهرمان مچ اندازی استان فارس بود.
در تاریخ ۱۱ دی ماه در جریان اعتراضات مرودشت با شلیک گلوله نیروهای امنیتی جمهوری اسلامی از ناحیه سر به شدت مجروح شد.
عرفان پس از عمل جراحی با کاهش سطح هوشیاری روبه رو بود. اما به جای مراقبت و آرامش توسط ماموران اطلاعاتیاز مرودشت به شیراز منتقل شد و خانواده اش از دیدار او محروم شدند. نه ملاقات نه توضیح نه پاسخ.
سرانجام ۱۴ دی ماه رفان بزرگی در بیمارستان جان باخت.

He was murdered by the security forces on 12 Dey 1404 (2 January 2026) during the Iranian year 1404 (2025/26) nationwide uprising.
Erfan Bozorgi, a 22-year-old athlete from Marvdasht and a champion arm wrestler from Fars Province, was severely injured in the head by gunfire from the security forces of the Islamic Republic during the Marvdasht protests on January 1. After surgery, Erfan experienced a decrease in consciousness. Instead of receiving care and peace, he was transferred by intelligence officers from Marvdasht to Shiraz, and his family was denied visitation. No visits, no explanations, no answers. Ultimately, on January 4, Erfan Bozorgi passed away in the hospital.
