Saturday, July 19, 2025 – On Monday night, July 14, agents from the Ministry of Intelligence launched a sudden raid on the home of the father of political prisoner Pejman Toubareh Rizi, creating an atmosphere of intense fear and terror for the family members. This violent action was carried out with the stated aim of arresting Pejman Toubareh Rizi's younger brother and discovering weapons. However, after hours of searching and destroying household items, no evidence or weapons were found. In the end, the agents only confiscated two mobile phones and left the premises.
Political prisoner Pejman Toubareh Rizi, a 32-year-old from Kermanshah, was previously imprisoned in Evin Prison before being transferred to Fashafouyeh Prison. He is under additional pressure in prison due to heart failure, but the Fashafouyeh Prison authorities refuse to provide him with medical care.
During this brutal raid, Ms. Fariba Ahmadi, Pejman Toubareh Rizi's stepmother, who was bedridden at home due to cancer, suffered a heart attack and passed away that same night. According to sources close to the family, Ms. Ahmadi's physical condition was already critical due to her illness, and the stress caused by the sudden entry of armed agents and the destruction of household items exacerbated her condition, ultimately leading to her death.
Ms. Fariba Ahmadi's funeral was held on Tuesday, July 15, in the village of Bilevar, a suburb of Kermanshah. The ceremony, attended by family members, friends, and acquaintances, also saw the presence of security forces to control the atmosphere and prevent any anti-government slogans.
Eyewitnesses reported that prior to the ceremony, security agents threatened Pejman Toubareh Rizi's family not to attribute her death to the actions of the security forces. They warned that any dissemination of information regarding the circumstances of Ms. Ahmadi's death could have security repercussions for other family members.

کانون حقوق بشر ایران، شنبه ۲۸ تیرماه ۱۴۰۴ – دوشنبه شب ۲۳ تیرماه، مأموران وزارت اطلاعات با یورش ناگهانی به منزل پدری زندانی سیاسی پژمان توبره ریزی، فضای وحشت و رعب شدیدی برای اعضای این خانواده ایجاد کردند. این اقدام خشونت آمیز در حالی صورت گرفت که هدف اصلی مأموران، دستگیری برادر کوچکتر پژمان توبره ریزی و کشف سلاح عنوان شده بود. با این حال، پس از ساعت ها تفتیش و تخریب وسایل خانه، هیچ گونه مدرک یا سلاحی یافت نشد. مأموران در نهایت تنها به ضبط دو دستگاه تلفن همراه اکتفا کرده و منزل را ترک کردند.
زندانی سیاسی پژمان توبره ریزی، ۳۲ ساله اهل کرمانشاه است که پیش از بمباران در زندان اوین زندانی بود. وی در حال حاضر در زندان فشافویه است. وی به دلیل نارسایی قلبی در زندان تحت فشار مضاعف است اما مقامات زندان فشافویه از رسیدگی پزشکی به وی خودداری می کنند.
در جریان این یورش وحشیانه، خانم فریبا احمدی، نامادری پژمان توبره ریزی که به دلیل ابتلا به سرطان در منزل بستری بود، دچار حمله قلبی سکته شد و در همان شب جان خود را از دست داد. به گفته منابع نزدیک به خانواده، وضعیت جسمانی خانم احمدی به دلیل بیماری بسیار وخیم بوده و فشار ناشی از ورود ناگهانی مأموران مسلح و تخریب وسایل منزل، باعث تشدید وضعیت او و در نهایت فوتش شد.
مراسم خاکسپاری خانم فریبا احمدی، روز سه شنبه ۲۴ تیرماه در روستای بیله وار از توابع کرمانشاه برگزار شد. در این مراسم که با حضور اعضای خانواده، دوستان و آشنایان همراه بود، نیروهای امنیتی نیز برای کنترل فضا و جلوگیری از سردادن هرگونه شعار ضدحکومتی حضور داشتند.
شاهدان عینی گزارش داده اند که پیش از برگزاری مراسم، مأموران امنیتی خانواده پژمان توبره ریزی را تهدید کرده بودند تا علت مرگ را ناشی از حمله نیروهای امنیتی اعلام نکنند. آن ها هشدار داده بودند که هرگونه اطلاع رسانی درباره نحوه مرگ خانم احمدی می تواند پیامدهای امنیتی برای سایر اعضای خانواده داشته باشد.
