کانون حقوق بشر ایران، دوشنبه ۱۷ شهریورماه ۱۴۰۴، هادی جمالی پور، کارمند قراردادی دانشگاه پیام نور بیرجند با ۱۷ سال سابقه، تنها به دلیل اعتراض مسالمت آمیز به تبعیض حقوقی، بازداشت و با اتهامات سنگین سیاسی روبه رو شد. او پس از ده شب بازداشت، با وثیقه ای سنگین آزاد شده و اکنون ۲ پرونده اش در دادگاه عمومی انقلاب در جریان است . جمالی پور می گوید: «من فقط از درد تبعیض نوشتم، اما مرا متهم به همکاری با دشمنان کرده اند.»
