Anwar Nikikhah, the father of Siyavan Nikikhah, who was among those killed in the attack on the headquarters of the Komala Party of Iranian Kurdistan in the Kurdistan Region, has reportedly been abducted by security forces in Bukan and taken to an undisclosed location.
Security forces and judicial authorities have not provided any information to his family regarding the reason and legal basis for his detention, his whereabouts, physical and legal condition, or his fate. Anwar Nikikhah has also been denied the right to contact his family and access to an independent lawyer.
Reports have also emerged of security pressures on the families of Reza Sadeghi, Kasra Rahmannejad, and Zakaria Faqih Hassan-Aqa, three other members of Komala and deceased individuals from Bukan.
During the attack by the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps on the headquarters of the Komala Party of Iranian Kurdistan in the Kurdistan Region, 10 Peshmerga members were killed.

گزارش شده است که انور نیکی خواه، پدر سیاوان نیکی خواه، از جان باختگان حمله به مقر حزب کومله کردستان ایران در اقلیم کردستان، توسط نیروهای امنیتی در بوکان ربوده و به مکانی نامعلوم منتقل شده است.
نیروهای امنیتی و مقام های قضایی هیچ اطلاعی درباره علت و مبنای قانونی بازداشت، محل نگهداری، وضعیت جسمانی و حقوقی یا سرنوشت او در اختیار خانواده اش قرار نداده اند. انور نیکی خواه همچنین از حق تماس با خانواده و دسترسی به وکیل مستقل محروم مانده است.
هم چنین گزارش هایی از اعمال فشارهای امنیتی بر خانواده های رضا صادقی، کسری رحمان نژاد و زکریا فقه حسن آقا، سه تن دیگر از اعضای کومله و جان باختگان اهل بوکان، منتشر شده است.
در جریان حمله سپاه پاسداران به مقر حزب کومله کردستان ایران در اقلیم کردستان، ۱۰ پیشمرگ جان باختند.
