Mohammad Amin Hajian Tabari, a Gilak citizen from Babol, was killed by direct gunfire from forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran during the city’s nationwide protests on 19 Dey 1404 (January 9, 2026).
He was from Babol. A knowledgeable source reported that as he was returning from a wedding ceremony and had stepped out of his car to shop at a supermarket, he was killed while still in his party attire. Mohammad Amin Hajian Tabari was married, had no children, and had recently wed. Born in the city of Babol, he was self-employed and owned a shoe store in the Malek al-Tojar shopping center located on Bazaar Street in Babol. After his death, his body was transported to his hometown and buried in the city of Babol.
