On 8 January 2026, Mohammad Mehdi Gholami was fatally shot during protests in Isfahan. He was from the village of Borsiyan in Isfahan and was injured near Metropol. Reports indicate that he contacted his family shortly before his death to inform them of his injuries, and a woman and a man were attempting to transport him to the hospital.
According to available information, the two bullets caused severe bleeding, and he passed away before reaching the hospital. Reports also suggest that his body was not returned for a week, and initially, the family was asked to identify him as a Basij member. His body was buried in the village of Borsiyan, Isfahan. Mohammad Mehdi worked as a motorcycle courier and had not completed his education.
محمدمهدی غلامی در تاریخ 18 دی 1404 در اعتراضات اصفهان به ضرب دو گلوله کشته شد. او اهل روستای برسیان اصفهان بود و در نزدیکی متروپل مجروح شد. گزارش ها حاکی از آن است که او دقایقی پیش از مرگ با خانواده اش تماس گرفته و اطلاع داده که مجروح شده است و یک زن و مرد در تلاش برای انتقال او به بیمارستان بوده اند.
براساس اطلاعات موجود، دو گلوله شلیک شده به او موجب خونریزی شدید شده بود و پیش از رسیدن به بیمارستان جان باخت. گزارش ها همچنین نشان می دهد که پیکر او تا یک هفته بعد تحویل داده نشد و ابتدا از خانواده خواسته شد تا او را به عنوان بسیجی معرفی کنند. پیکر او در روستای برسیان اصفهان به خاک سپرده شد. محمدمهدی به عنوان پیک موتوری کار می کرد و نتوانسته بود تحصیلاتش را کامل کند.
