گزارش شده است که فاطمه روهنده، وکیل دادگستری، در تاریخ 29 اردیبهشت ماه 1405 توسط نیروهای امنیتی در کرمان دستگیر شده و همچنان در بازداشت به سر می برد. علت بازداشت او نقض قرار ممنوعیت فعالیت در فضای مجازی عنوان شده است. این وکیل دادگستری در جریان بازداشت پیشین خود، با قرار بازپرس پرونده به تعلیق اشتغال در حرفه وکالت و ممنوعیت فعالیت در فضای مجازی ملزم شده بود. همچنین گزارش شده است که پس از اعتراض به دستور تعلیق اشتغال در حرفه وکالت، دادگاه انقلاب این محدودیت را لغو کرده و فاطمه روهنده مجدداً به فعالیت حرفه ای خود بازگشته بود. او در اسفند سال گذشته توسط نیروهای امنیتی بازداشت و پس از حدود یک ماه آزاد شده بود.

A lawyer from Kerman was arrested on Monday, 4 Esfand 1404, after being summoned to the FATA Police, due to pursuing the cases of detainees from the Dey 1404 (January 2026) protests.
It has been reported that Fatemeh Rohandeh, a lawyer, was arrested by security forces in Kerman on 19 May 2026 and remains in detention. The reason for her arrest has been cited as violating a ban on online activities. Previously, during an earlier arrest, she had been required by the case investigator to suspend her legal practice and refrain from online activities. It was also reported that after appealing the suspension order, the Revolutionary Court lifted the restriction, allowing Fatemeh Rohandeh to resume her professional activities. She had been detained by security forces in March of the previous year and was released after approximately one month.
