Reports indicate that the court in Marivan has opposed the release of Shoaib Fallahi, who was detained by intelligence forces, and has refused to accept his bail.
It has been reported that in recent days, Fallahi's family offered bail amounting to one billion tomans for his release. However, this request was rejected by the judge of Branch 6 of the Marivan court, leading to the family of this Kurdish citizen leaving the court.
Shoaib Fallahi, a resident of the village of "Dara Tafi" near Marivan, was detained on 29 May 2024 after being summoned to the city's intelligence office.
Following his arrest, security forces entered his father's home without presenting judicial documents, searched the premises, and confiscated his personal belongings, including his mobile phone and computer.
Two weeks after Shoaib Fallahi's detention, there is no information available regarding his fate or the charges against him. This situation has caused concern among his family and acquaintances.
بر اساس گزارش ها، دادگاه مریوان با آزادی شعیب فلاحی، که توسط نیروهای اداره اطلاعات بازداشت شده بود، مخالفت کرده و از پذیرش وثیقه او خودداری کرده است.
گزارش شده است که در روزهای اخیر خانواده فلاحی برای آزادی او وثیقه ای به مبلغ یک میلیارد تومان ارائه کرده بودند، اما این درخواست توسط قاضی شعبه ۶ دادگاه مریوان رد شد و خانواده این شهروند کرد از دادگاه خارج شدند.
شعیب فلاحی، اهل روستای "درەتفی" از توابع مریوان، در تاریخ ۸ خرداد ۱۴۰۳ پس از احضار به اداره اطلاعات این شهر بازداشت شد.
نیروهای امنیتی پس از بازداشت این شهروند، بدون ارائه مدارک قضایی به منزل پدری او وارد شده و ضمن تفتیش منزل، وسایل شخصی او از جمله موبایل و کامپیوتر را ضبط کرده و با خود بردند.
با گذشت دو هفته از بازداشت شعیب فلاحی، اطلاعاتی درباره سرنوشت و اتهامات مطرح شده علیه او در دست نیست. این موضوع موجب نگرانی خانواده و نزدیکان او شده است.
