به گزارش حقوق بشر در ایران به نقل از کمپین فعالین بلوچ، روز سه شنبه ۵ دیماه ۱۴۰۲، مصطفی براهویی، ساکن زاهدان، محبوس و بلاتکلیف در زندان مرکزی زاهدان، توسط قاضی شعبه دادگاهی، به تحمل ۸ ماه حبس تعزیری محکوم شد.
براساس این گزارش، از اتهام منتسب شده به مصطفی براهویی، اطلاعی حاصل نشده است.
لازم به اشاره است، مصطف براهویی، در تاریخ ۲۸ مهر ماه ۱۴۰۲، اطرف مسجد مکی زاهدان و در جریان برگزاری راهپیمایی شهروندان، توسط ماموران امنیتی، بازداشت و پس از انتقال به بازداشتگاه یکی از نهادهای امنیتی و طی مراحل بازجویی ها و تفهیم اتهام به زندان مرکزی زاهدان، منتقل شد.
همچنین، گفته می شود، علیرغم اتمام بازجویی ها و ابلاغ حکم بدوی دادگاه در پی ممانعت اداره اطلاعات زاهدان، با تبدیل قرا قضایی پرونده مصطفی براهویی به وثیقه وی در در بلاتکلیفی بسر می برد.
مصطفی براهویی، تا پیش از بازداشت در خیابان توحید زاهدان، به شغل خیاطی مشغول بوده است.
