Sara Siyahpour, a teachers' union activist, was sentenced to 6 years of imprisonment by the appellate court.
The appellate court's verdict for Sara Siyahpour, a teachers' union activist, was upheld and sent to Branch 1 of the Evin Prison's enforcement department. According to the Coordinating Council of Cultural Teachers' Associations: "Sara Siyahpour, a teacher and member of the Iranian Teachers' Trade Association (Tehran) and a union activist in Alborz, was sentenced to 5 years of imprisonment for the charge of assembly and collusion against national security and 1 year of imprisonment for propaganda against the regime. She was also sentenced to a two-year travel ban from leaving the country, a two-year ban on membership in political parties, groups, and factions, and a ban on online activities. It is noteworthy that this teachers' union activist was deprived of access to a lawyer at all stages of her trial. Sara Siyahpour was previously arrested by the Sarallah IRGC Intelligence in September 2022 and was temporarily released on bail until the court proceedings."
سارا سیاهپور، فعال صنفی معلمان به ۶ سال حبس تعزیری در دادگاه تجدیدنظر محکوم شد
حکم دادگاه تجدید نظر سارا سیاهپور فعال صنفی معلمان عیناً تایید و به شعبه ۱ اجرای احکام زندان اوین ارسال شد.
به گزارش شورای هماهنگی تشکل های صنفی فرهنگیان: «سارا سیاهپور ، معلم و عضو کانون صنفی معلمان ایران (تهران) و فعال صنفی البرز بابت اتهام اجتماع و تبانی علیه امنیت ملی به ۵ سال حبس تعزیری و تبلیغ علیه نظام به ۱ سال حبس تعزیری، محکوم شد وی همچنین به دو سال ممنوع الخروجی از کشور، دو سال ممنوعیت عضویت در احزاب، گروهها و دستجات سیاسی و فعالیت در فضای مجازی نیز محکوم گردید.
لازم به ذکر است این فعال صنفی معلمان در تمامی مراحل دادگاه خود از دسترسی به وکیل محروم بوده است.
سارا سیاهپور پیشتر در شهریور ۱۴۰۱ توسط اطلاعات سپاه ثارالله بازداشت شد و سپس با قید وثیقه تا مراحل رسیدگی دادگاه به صورت موقت آزاد گردید.»
