On Wednesday, July 12, labor activist Rebiwar Abdollahi from Sanandaj was arrested by security forces and taken to an undisclosed location.
The labor activist was detained by security forces without a judicial warrant while leaving his home to go to work.
In February 2022, this labor activist was arrested by security forces and in August 2022, was sentenced by the First Branch of the Revolutionary Court of Sanandaj, presided over by Judge Saeedi, to a two-year suspended prison term on charges of "propaganda against the regime."
Additionally, Rebiwar Abdollahi, a former member of the Coordinating Committee to Help Form Workers' Organizations, was arrested by security forces in 2014 and was sentenced by the First Branch of the Revolutionary Court of Sanandaj, also presided over by Judge Saeedi, to one year of imprisonment on charges of "membership in the Coordinating Committee and cooperation with opposition parties of the Iranian government."

روز چهارشنبه بیست و یکم تیرماه، ریبوار عبدالهی، فعال کارگری اهل سنندج از سوی نیروهای امنیتی بازداشت و به مکان نامعلومی منتقل شد.
این فعال کارگری هنگام خروج از منزل به قصد رفتن بر سر کار بدون ارائه حکم قضایی از سوی نیروهای امنیتی بازداشت شده است.
این فعال کارگری بهمن ماه ١٤٠٠ از سوی نیروهای امنیتی بازداشت و مردادماه ١٤٠١ توسط شعبه اول دادگاه انقلاب سنندج به ریاست قاضی "سعیدی" به اتهام "تبلیغ علیه نظام" به دو سال حبس تعلیقی محکوم شده بود.
همچنین ریبوار عبدالهی، عضو سابق کمیته هماهنگی برای کمک به ایجاد تشکل های کارگری بوده و سال ١٣٩٣ نیز توسط نیروهای امنیتی بازداشت شده بود و از سوی شعبه اول دادگاه انقلاب سنندج به ریاست قاضی "سعیدی" به اتهام "عضویت در کمیته هماهنگی و همکاری با احزاب اپوزیسیون حکومت ایران" به یکسال حبس تعزیری محکوم شده بود.
