Farid Seyfi Khorooghi, 36, was shot on the evening of January 8, 2026, on Vali Asr Boulevard in Khoroogh, Isfahan, opposite Behdari Alley. Sources report that the bullet was fired from the police station building and hit him in the chest.

«فرید سیفی خورزوقی» ۳۶ ساله شامگاه ۱۸دی ۱۴۰۴ در بلوار ولی عصر خورزوق در اصفهان روبه روی کوچه بهداری هدف شلیک قرار گرفت. به گفته منابع مطلع تیر از روی ساختمان کلانتری به سوی او شلیک شده و به ناحیه سینه اش اصابت کرده است.
شاهدان می گویند فرید پس از اصابت گلوله هنوز هوشیار بوده اما شدت جراحات بسیار بالا بوده است. مردم حاضر در محل بلافاصله او را با خودرو به بیمارستان منتقل کردند با این حال به دلیل اصابت تیر به سینه و خونریزی شدید او در بیمارستان جان باخت.
به گفته منابع آگاه خانواده فرید سیفی پس از انتقال پیکر او از بیمارستان به باغ رضوان اصفهان به مدت سه روز به دلیل فضای شدید امنیتی امکان پیگیری موثر نداشتند. خانواده از دوشنبه ۲۲دی تا چهارشنبه هر روز از صبح تا بعدازظهر در باغ رضوان به دنبال پیکر فرید گشتند تا سرانجام روز چهارشنبه آن را شناسایی کردند اما اجازه تحویل داده نشد و مسولان اعلام کردند خودشان پیکر را منتقل خواهند کرد.
چهارشنبه شب پیکر فرید را به خانواده تحویل داده و تاکید کردند که باید همان شب برای خاکسپاری اقدام شود. خانواده با توجه به شرایط همسر او که باردار و در انتظار تولد سه قلوها بود درخواست کردند مراسم به روز بعد موکول شود. در نهایت با توجه به وضعیت جسمی همسرش با برگزاری خاکسپاری در صبح پنجشنبه موافقت شد.
مراسم خاکسپاری در ۲۵دی در خورزوق برخوار در فضایی امنیتی و با حضور حدود ۲۰ تا ۳۰ نفر از بستگان درجه یک برگزار شد. به گفته منابع آگاه اجازه برگزاری مراسم عمومی داده نشد و تنها امکان برگزاری یک مراسم محدود در خانه پدری فرید سیفی فراهم شد.
فرید سیفی خورزوقی مرداد ۱۴۰۳ ازدواج کرده بود. همسر او در زمان جان باختنش هفت ماهه باردار بود و فرزندانش قرار است فروردین ماه به دنیا بیایند. او دارای مدرک کارشناسی ارشد برق گرایش قدرت از دانشگاه خمینی شهر اصفهان بود و در حوزه نقشه کشی ساختمان فعالیت می کرد.
منابع مطلع می گویند برای تحویل پیکر از خانواده پولی دریافت نشد اما از آنان تعهد گرفته شده که اعلام کنند «تروریست ها» عامل شلیک بوده اند و حق هیچ گونه شکایتی نخواهند داشت.
