According to the report of human rights in Iran on July 22, 2023, Yalda Dehghani, a resident of Bandar Anzali township of Gilan province, remains in an undecided state and deprived of the basic rights of a defendant, despite the passage of more than 2 months since the date of her arrest.
According to an informed source in a conversation with a human rights reporter: "While more than 2 months have passed since Ms. Dehghani's arrest, she has been locked up in Lakan prison in Rasht and has been denied the right to freedom even with bail. The interrogator of the case first issued bail for his release, and after securing the bail, he refused to accept the bail stating that the case is still unclear.
Until the moment of writing this news, there is no information about the exact reason for the arrest, the legal countermeasures of Yalda Dehghani's accusations.
It should be noted that Yalda Dehghani was arrested in May 2023 by IRGC intelligence agents in Anzali city of Gilan province and transferred to IRGC security ward located in Lakan prison to file a case, and she is currently imprisoned in the women's ward of that prison.
Yalda Dehghani was active in the field of hairdressing until her arrest.
به گزارش حقوق بشر در ایران، امروز شنبه ۳۱ تیر ماه ۱۴۰۲، یلدا دهقانی، ساکن شهرستان بندر انزلی از توابع استان البرز، علیرغم گذشت بیش از ۲ ماه از تاریخ دستگیری در وضعیت بلاتکلیف و محروم از حقوق اولیه یک متهم بسر می برد.
به نقل از یک منبع مطلع در گفتگو با گزارشگر حقوق بشر:”در حالی که بیش از ۲ ماه از بازداشت خانم دهقانی گذشته او در زندان لاکان رشت محبوس و از حق آزادی حتی با تودیع وثیقه محروم شده است. بازجوی پرونده ابتدا برای آزادی وی قرار وثیقه صادر کرد و پس از تامین وثیقه با اعلام اینکه هنوز پرونده ابهام دارد از قبول وثیقه امتناع کرد.
تا لحظه تنظیم این خبر، از علت دقیق بازداشت، مضادیق حقوقی اتهامات یلدا دهقانی اطلاعی حاصل نشده است.
لازم به اشاره است، یلدا دهقانی در اردیبهشت ماه ۱۴۰۲، توسط ماموران اطلاعات سپاه پاسداران در شهرستان انزلی از توابع استان گیلان، بازداشت و برای تشکیل پرونده به بند امنیتی سپاه واقع در زندان لاکان منتقل و در حال حاضر در بند زنان آن زندان محبوس شده است.
یلدا دهقانی، تا پیش از بازداشت در زمینه آرایشگری فعال بوده است.
