Reports indicate that on 24 Bahman 1402, Ali Baqadam, along with Sirvan Bazargan and another individual with an undisclosed identity, were arrested by security forces in Marivan County and transferred to an unknown location.
It has been stated that security forces initially raided Ali Baqadam's residence in Marivan County and arrested him. Subsequently, they raided the homes of Sirvan Bazargan and the other individual in the village of Sheikh Attar, also in Marivan County, and arrested them as well.

به گزارش ها، در تاریخ 24 بهمن 1402، علی باقدم به همراه سیروان بازرگان و یک فرد دیگر با هویت نامشخص، توسط ماموران امنیتی در شهرستان مریوان بازداشت و به مکان نامعلومی منتقل شدند.
گفته شده است که ماموران امنیتی ابتدا به منزل علی باقدم در شهرستان مریوان یورش برده و او را بازداشت کردند. سپس با یورش به منازل سیروان بازرگان و فرد دیگر در روستای شیخ عطار از توابع شهرستان مریوان، آن دو نفر نیز بازداشت شدند.
