According to reports, on 17 Shahrivar 1404, Emad Daraftadeh, a resident of Piranshahr in West Azerbaijan Province, was arrested by security forces in the city. This arrest followed a phone summons to the Piranshahr Intelligence Office.

Previously, on 16 Shahrivar 1404, officers from the Piranshahr Intelligence Office visited the family home of this citizen in the village of Zioukeh. Due to his absence, they were unable to arrest him at that time. Instead, security officers detained Rahman Daraftadeh, Emad's father, who was released after approximately seven hours of questioning.
It has also been reported that Kouma Daraftadeh, Rahman's child, died on 8 Aban 1401 during nationwide protests after being shot by security forces. The body was buried on 9 Aban 1401 in the village of Zioukeh.
Emad is a civil engineering student at Urmia University.
به گزارش ها، در تاریخ 17 شهریور ماه 1404، عماد درافتاده، ساکن شهرستان پیرانشهر در استان آذربایجان غربی، توسط نیروهای امنیتی در این شهرستان دستگیر شد. این دستگیری پس از احضار تلفنی وی به اداره اطلاعات شهرستان پیرانشهر صورت گرفت.

پیش از این، در تاریخ 16 شهریور ماه 1404، ماموران اداره اطلاعات شهرستان پیرانشهر به منزل خانوادگی این شهروند در روستای زیوکه مراجعه کردند. به دلیل عدم حضور وی در منزل، دستگیری او در آن زمان ممکن نشد و ماموران امنیتی، رحمان درافتاده، پدر عماد را دستگیر و پس از حدود 7 ساعت بازجویی آزاد کردند.
همچنین گزارش شده است که کوما درافتاده، فرزند رحمان، در تاریخ 8 آبان ماه 1401، در جریان اعتراضات سراسری بر اثر اصابت گلوله نیروهای امنیتی جان باخت و پیکر وی در تاریخ 9 آبان ماه 1401 در روستای زیوکه به خاک سپرده شد.
