Mansour Ki Bandarian Sabat and Rahim Pourbadaghi, who were detained during the nationwide protests in December 2025 and are currently held in Sheiban Prison in Ahvaz, have been sentenced to a total of four years in prison by the Khuzestan Province Court of Appeal. These individuals were initially sentenced in a lower court to imprisonment, a travel ban, and additional penalties in a joint case.
Reports indicate that Mansour Ki Bandarian Sabat and Rahim Pourbadaghi have been sentenced to imprisonment.
According to a ruling issued by Branch 18 of the Khuzestan Province Court of Appeal and communicated to their defence lawyer, each individual has been sentenced to two years in prison for disrupting public order, based on the provisions of Article 286 of the Islamic Penal Code. Previously, in a joint judicial case, Branch 1 of the Ahvaz Revolutionary Court had sentenced each of them to two years in prison, a two-year travel ban, and one year of mandatory presence at the Office for the Promotion of Virtue and the Prevention of Vice for the same charge.
منصور کی بندریان ثابت و رحیم پوربداغی، که در اعتراضات سراسری دی ماه 1404 بازداشت شده بودند و در زندان شیبان اهواز محبوس هستند، توسط دادگاه تجدیدنظر استان خوزستان مجموعاً به چهار سال حبس محکوم شدند. این افراد در یک پرونده مشترک، در دادگاه بدوی به حبس، منع خروج از کشور و مجازات های تکمیلی محکوم شده بودند.
گزارش ها حاکی از آن است که منصور کی بندریان ثابت و رحیم پوربداغی به حبس محکوم شدند.
بر اساس حکمی که توسط شعبه 18 دادگاه تجدیدنظر استان خوزستان صادر و به وکیل مدافع این شهروندان ابلاغ شده، این افراد هر یک به اتهام اخلال در نظم عمومی با استناد به تبصره ماده 286 قانون مجازات اسلامی به دو سال حبس محکوم شدند. این افراد که در یک پرونده قضایی مشترک هستند، پیشتر توسط شعبه یک دادگاه انقلاب اهواز از بابت اتهام مذکور هر یک به دو سال حبس، دو سال منع خروج از کشور و یک سال حضور در اداره امر به معروف و نهی از منکر محکوم شده بودند.
