According to 1500tasvir Mahsa Yazdani the mother of Mohammad Javad Zahedi a young man who was killed by the suppressive forces of the Islamic Republic just a few days after his 20th birthday was arrested on the eve of the anniversary of the protests.
On Tuesday September 26 2023 Mahsa Yazdani was released from Sari Central Prison on bail after her interrogations and charges were completed.
The report states that Mahsa Yazdanis release followed the formalization of charges against her but the specific legal grounds for these charges remain unknown.

از سوی دیگر روز سه شنبه ۴ مهرماه ۱۴۰۲ مهسا یزدانی پس از اتمام بازجویی ها و تفهیم اتهام با قید وثیقه از زندان مرکزی ساری آزاد شد.
براساس این گزارش آزادی مهسا یزدانی پس زا تفهیم اتهام وی صورت گرفته اما از مصادیق حقوقی اتهامات منتسب شده به وی اطلاعی حاصل نشده است.
لازم به اشاره است مهسا یزدانی در تاریخ ۳۱ مردادماه ۱۴۰۲ توسط نیروهای امنیتی در شهر ساری مرکز استان مازندران بازداشت و پس از انتقال به دادسرا و طی مراحل بازجویی ها و تفهیم اتهام به زندان مرکزی ساری منتقل شده بود.
