پس از خاکسپاری آیدین پدر به شدت از نظر روحی و جسمی ناتوان می شود و حدود یک هفته قادر به پیگیری امور نبوده است. پس از آن دوباره پیگیری وضعیت محمدامین از سر گرفته می شود.
بر اساس اطلاعات به دست آمده محمدامین ابتدا در بازداشتگاه نیروی انتظامی نگهداری می شده و سپس به دستگرد منتقل شده است اما در پیگیری ها توضیح روشنی ارائه نشده است.
