Morteza Dolat Pour

On 9 December 2025, Morteza Dowlatpour Kamamardakh was summoned to serve a prison sentence. Reports indicate that on 4 December 2025, he received a written notice to report to the enforcement branch of the Qom Province Prosecutor's Office to begin serving his sentence. According to the notice, he was required to report within 10 days to serve his prison term.

A court session regarding the charges against Morteza Dowlatpour was held on 11 November 2025 in the First Branch of the Revolutionary Court of Qom Province. On 15 November 2025, he was sentenced to one year of imprisonment for propaganda activities against the regime. Due to his acceptance of the verdict, he was required to serve nine months of the sentence.

Morteza Dowlatpour Kamamardakh was arrested by Qom Province Intelligence Department officers on 18 September 2025. After interrogation and being informed of the charges, he was released on bail. On 7 November 2025, he was formally charged with propaganda activities against the regime in an extraordinary session by the investigator of Branch 20 of the Qom Province Public and Revolutionary Prosecutor's Office, and his case was referred to the First Branch of the Revolutionary Court of Qom.

Previously, in August 2020, Morteza Dowlatpour Kamamardakh was arrested and charged on 24 August 2020 after interrogation and investigation. On 16 November 2020, he was sentenced to imprisonment for propaganda activities against the regime and other charges, with the verdict communicated to him on 14 May 2023. After appealing and referring the case to the Court of Appeal, the issued verdict was upheld. Ultimately, he was transferred to the central prison of Qom Province to serve his sentence and was conditionally released after filing a request for retrial.
