خانواده محمد تا عصر بیستم دی بارها با تلفن او تماس می گیرند و در نهایت فردی موبایلش را پاسخ می دهد و می گوید او بازداشت شده و دیگر با این شماره تماس نگیرند.

Mohammad Rabiei, a resident of Marlik, Malard, was arrested on 9 January 2026 after intervening when Basij forces attempted to detain a young woman during his return home. On the evening of 18 January 2026, authorities informed the family that he had been killed. After receiving his body, the family observed a single gunshot wound to the forehead consistent with a close-range shot.
On 20 January 2026, security forces prevented burial at Emamzadeh Ebrahim in Malard due to the presence of a crowd. He was ultimately buried on 21 January 2026.
On the evening of January 9, Mohammad was returning home from work when he saw Basij forces in Marlik Malard attempting to forcibly take a young woman away. He intervened, and the government forces arrested him. Mohammad's family repeatedly called his phone until the evening of January 10, when someone finally answered and informed them that he had been arrested and they should not call this number again. In the following days, the family was unable to speak with him, but through persistent inquiries, they learned that he had been transferred to Kachouei Prison in Karaj, which reassured them that he was alive. However, on the evening of January 18, they were informed of Mohammad's death and were asked to go to Kahrizak for identification.
