Jamil Ahmadi was detained for several hours in **September 2026** by security forces from **Intelligence Unit 113 in Sanandaj** and subjected to violent interrogation. During the interrogation, he was told that no case would be opened against him and that the matter would not be referred to court. However, in recent days, he was summoned to **Branch 2 of the Prosecutor’s Office for Public and Revolutionary Courts in Sanandaj County**, where he has faced a case on the charge of **“propaganda against the regime.”**
Previously, on **January 23, 2021 (4 Bahman 1399)**, Ahmadi was arrested without being presented with a judicial warrant and transferred to an undisclosed location. After **12 days in detention** and the completion of his interrogation at one of Sanandaj’s security detention facilities, Ahmadi was released on **February 3, 2021 (15 Bahman 1399)**.

وی پیشتر در ۴ بهمن ۱۳۹۹، بدون ارائه حکم قضایی بازداشت و به مکان نامعلومی منتقل شد. احمدی پس از ۱۲ روز بازداشت و اتمام بازجویی در یکی از بازداشتگاه های امنیتی سنندج، روز ۱۵ بهمن ۱۳۹۹ آزاد شد.
