به گزارش حقوق بشر در ایران به نقل از میزان، سحرگاه امروز دوشنبه ۲۶ خرداد ماه ۱۴۰۴، اسماعیل فکری، متهم به «جاسوسی برای اسرائیل»، «افساد فی الارض» و «محاربه» اعدام شد.
براساس اعلام سازمان حقوق بشر ایران:”در تاریخ ۲۷ بهمن ماه ۱۴۰۳، اسماعیل فکری، از اندرزگاه ۴ زندان اوین به زندان قزلحصار کرج، منتقل شده بود.
لازم به ذکر است، اسماعیل فکری، در سال ۱۴۰۱، از بابت پرونده قضایی، توسط قاضی شعبه دادگاه انقلاب تهران، از بابت اتهام «جاسوسی» به اعدام محکوم شده وحکم وی در دیوان عالی کشور هم عینا تائید شد.
