According to Human Rights in Iran, as reported by the Iranian Teachers' Trade Association, on Tuesday, September 26, 2023, Abolfazl Rahimi Shad, a teacher and cultural activist residing in Tehran, was summoned to the interrogation branch at the District 33 Prosecutor's Office in Tehran after his home was searched and some personal belongings, such as his mobile phone, were confiscated.
According to this report, on the morning of Tuesday, Abolfazl Rahimi Shad was stopped on the street by security agents. After being taken to his home, where a search was conducted and some electronic devices, including his mobile phone, were confiscated and files stored on his laptop were downloaded, he received a summons to appear today, Saturday, September 30, 2023, at the interrogation branch at the District 33 Prosecutor's Office located in Evin Prison in Tehran.
It should be noted that the home search by security forces and the summoning of Abolfazl Rahimi Shad to the Evin Prison Prosecutor's Office occurred while this cultural activist had recently been summoned separately via phone calls to the monitoring and follow-up departments of the Ministry of Intelligence and the Intelligence Organization of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps.

به گزارش حقوق بشر در ایران به نقل از کانون صنفی معلمان ایران، روز سه شنبه ۴ مهر ماه ۱۴۰۲، ابوالفضل رحیمی شاد، معلم و فعال صنفی فرهنگیان، ساکن تهران، پس از تفتیش منزل و توقیف برخی لوازم شخصی از قبیل گوشی تلفن همراه، سپس برای تفهیم اتهام به شعبه بازپرسی در دادسرای ناحیه ۳۳ تهران، احضار شد.
براساس این گزارش، ابوالفضل رحیمی شاد، صبح سه شنبه، در خیابان، توسط ماموران امنیتی متوقف و پس از انتقال وی به منزلش و تفتیش و توقیف برخی لوازم الکترونیکی از قبیل گوشی تلفن همراه و دانلود فایلهای ذخیره شده در لپ تابش، احضاریه ای را برای رسیدگی امروز شنبه ۹ مهر ماه ۱۴۰۲، به شعبه بازپرسی در دادسرای ناحیه ۳۳ تهران واقع در زندان اوین، دریافت کرد.
لازم به اشاره است، تفتیش منزل توسط نیروهای امنیتی و احضار ابوالفضل رحیمی شاد به دادسرای زندان اوین در حالی صورت گرفته که این فعال صنفی فرهنگیان، در هفته های اخیر با دریافت تماسهای تلفنی جداگانه به ادارات نظارت و پیگیری وزارت اطلاعات و اطلاعات سپاه پاسداران، احضار شده بود.
