On 30 December 2025, a report was published regarding the situation of Minou Rouzadar, indicating that she has been deprived of her basic rights and raising concerns about her health status. Her defense attorney, Ali Sharifzadeh Ardekani, stated that no security or judicial authority has confirmed the detention of Minou Rouzadar. Following her mother's visit and the granting of power of attorney, a criminal complaint for kidnapping and a report of her disappearance were filed at the 27th District Prosecutor's Office in Tehran.
A court session regarding the charges against Minou Rouzadar was held in mid-March 2025 by Judge Iman Afshari in Branch 26 of the Revolutionary Court in Tehran. This citizen was sentenced to 1 year and 2 months of imprisonment and a fine of 300 million rials for "propaganda against the regime" and "spreading falsehoods in cyberspace." However, due to the absence of a criminal record, the execution of the sentence was suspended for a period of 4 years.
Minou Rouzadar was first arrested by security forces in January 2025 in Tehran. After being transferred to one of the security wards of Evin Prison and undergoing interrogation regarding charges such as "propaganda against the regime in cyberspace" and "insulting the leadership in cyberspace" at Branch 5 of the Public and Revolutionary Prosecutor's Office in the 33rd District of Tehran, she was moved to the general ward of Evin Prison and was released on 14 March 2025 after posting bail.
Additionally, reports of Minou Rouzadar's arrest were published on 15 December 2025.
در تاریخ 30 آذر ماه 1404، گزارشی از وضعیت مینو روزه دار منتشر شد که نشان می دهد وی از حقوق اولیه خود محروم شده و گمانه زنی هایی در خصوص وضعیت سلامت او وجود دارد. وکیل مدافع وی، علی شریف زاده اردکانی، اعلام کرد که هیچ نهاد امنیتی یا قضایی بازداشت مینو روزه دار را تأیید نکرده و پس از مراجعه مادر وی و دریافت وکالت، شکایت کیفری آدم ربایی و اعلام مفقودی در دادسرای ناحیه 27 تهران ثبت شده است.
جلسه دادرسی به اتهامات مینو روزه دار در اواسط اسفند ماه 1403 توسط قاضی ایمان افشاری در شعبه 26 دادگاه انقلاب تهران برگزار شد. این شهروند به اتهام «فعالیت تبلیغی علیه نظام» و «نشر اکاذیب در فضای مجازی» به تحمل 1 سال و 2 ماه حبس تعزیری و پرداخت 300 میلیون ریال جریمه نقدی محکوم شد، اما با توجه به فقدان سابقه کیفری، اجرای آن حکم برای مدت 4 سال تعلیق شده بود.
مینو روزه دار نخستین بار در دی ماه 1403 توسط نیروهای امنیتی در تهران دستگیر شد. وی پس از انتقال به یکی از بندهای امنیتی زندان اوین و طی مراحل بازجویی و تفهیم اتهاماتی از قبیل «تبلیغ علیه نظام در فضای مجازی» و «توهین به رهبری در فضای مجازی» در شعبه 5 بازپرسی دادسرای عمومی و انقلاب ناحیه 33 تهران، به بند عمومی زندان اوین منتقل و در تاریخ 14 اسفند ماه 1403 با تودیع قرار وثیقه آزاد شد.
همچنین، در تاریخ 15 آذر ماه 1404، گزارش هایی از دستگیری مینو روزه دار منتشر شده بود.
