Mahsa (Masoumeh) Nouri, born in 1977 and a resident of Sari, is a political prisoner held in Evin Prison. She was arrested by security forces in Tehran during nationwide protests on 29 December 2025. After the interrogation was completed and charges were laid, she was transferred to the women's ward of Evin Prison.
Her case was reviewed by the Tehran Revolutionary Court, where she was sentenced to five years of imprisonment for "assembly and collusion with the intent to disrupt national security" and an additional year for "propaganda activities against the regime." Furthermore, she received a two-year travel ban and passport cancellation as supplementary punishment. However, some reports indicate that her total sentence is seven years' imprisonment.
مهسا (معصومه) نوری، متولد سال ۱۳۵۶ و اهل ساری، از زندانیان سیاسی محبوس در زندان اوین است. او در تاریخ ۹ دی ۱۴۰۴ در جریان اعتراضات سراسری توسط نیروهای امنیتی در تهران بازداشت شد و پس از پایان مراحل بازجویی و تفهیم اتهام، به بند زنان زندان اوین منتقل شد.
پرونده وی در دادگاه انقلاب تهران مورد رسیدگی قرار گرفت و بر اساس حکم صادرشده، به اتهام «اجتماع و تبانی به قصد برهم زدن امنیت کشور» به پنج سال حبس تعزیری و به اتهام «فعالیت تبلیغی علیه نظام» به یک سال حبس تعزیری محکوم شد. همچنین دو سال منع خروج از کشور و ابطال گذرنامه به عنوان مجازات تکمیلی برای او در نظر گرفته شد. با این حال، برخی گزارش ها مجموع محکومیت وی را هفت سال حبس اعلام کرده اند.
