به گزارش حقوق بشر در ایران، سحرگاه سه شنبه ۱۹ فروردین ماه ۱۴۰۴، تاج محمد خرمالی زندانی سیاسی ـ عقیدتی، محبوس در اتاق ۴ بند ۶ سالن ۱ زندان وکیل آباد مرکزی مشهد، اعدام شد.
به نقل از یک فرد مطلع در گفتگو با گزارشگر حقوق بشر در ایران:”خانواده این زندانی، موفق به دریافت جسد وی نشدند و تداوم این شرایط منجر به نگرانی آنها از عدم تحویل جسد و حتی عدم اطلاع از مکان دفنش شده است
تاج محمد خرمالی ، در پرونده ای مشترک با چند تن دیگر در سال ۱۳۹۴ توسط مأموران اداره اطلاعات بازداشت و یک سال بعد به زندان وکیل آباد مشهد منتقل شد. نهایتاً شعبه اول دادگاه انقلاب مشهد در سال ۱۳۹۸، تاج محمد خرمالی را از بابت اتهامات “بغی از طریق عضویت در گروه سلفی حزب الفرقان و عضویت در جبهه همبستگی ملی اهل سنت ایران” به اعدام محکوم کرد. سپس احکام اعدام این زندانی توسط شعبه ۴۱ دیوان عالی کشور نقض و پرونده جهت رسیدگی مجدد به شعبه هم عرض ارجاع داده شد. اوایل مردادماه سال ۱۴۰۲، شعبه چهارم دادگاه انقلاب مشهد به ریاست قاضی احمدیان سلامی پس از محاکمه مجدد، این زندانیان را به اعدام محکوم کرد. اواسط مردادماه سال جاری، حکم اعدام این زندانی توسط شعبه ۳۹ دیوان عالی کشور تأیید شد
According to Human Rights in Iran, at dawn on Tuesday, 19th of Farvardin 1404 April 8, 2025 , TajMohammad Khormali political and ideological prisoner, held in Room 4 of Block 6, Hall 1, Vakilabad Prison Central in Mashhad, was executed.
According to a source who spoke with the Human Rights reporter in Iran: 'The family of this prisoner was unable to receive his body, and the continuation of this situation has led to their concern over the nondelivery of the body and even the uncertainty about the place of his burial.'
TajMohammad Khormali, in a joint case with several others, was arrested by the Ministry of Intelligence in 2015 and transferred to Vakilabad Prison in Mashhad a year later. Ultimately, in 2019, Branch 1 of the Revolutionary Court of Mashhad sentenced TajMohammad Khormali to death on charges of 'waging war baghy through membership in the Salafi group Party of Alforghan and membership in the National Solidarity Front of Sunni Iranians.' Later, the death sentences for this prisoner were overturned by Branch 41 of the Supreme Court, and the case was sent for reconsideration to a parallel court. In late July 2023, Branch 4 of the Revolutionary Court of Mashhad, presided over by Judge Ahmadian Salami, after a retrial, sentenced this prisoner to death again. In late July of this year, the death sentence of this prisoner was confirmed by Branch 39 of the Supreme Court.
