شیرین علم هولی یکی از زندانیان سیاسی کرد در ایران بود که در سال ۱۳۸۹ میلادی اعدام شد. او متولد ۱۳ خرداد ۱۳۶۰ در مناطق کردنشین ایران بود و به اتهام همکاری با گروه های مخالف حکومت از جمله پژاک بازداشت شد.
گزارش ها نشان می دهند که او در زمان بازداشت و بازجویی ادعاهایی درباره شکنجه و عدم دسترسی به وکیل مطرح کرده بود. روند دادرسی او به طور گسترده از سوی سازمان های حقوق بشری مورد انتقاد قرار گرفت.
