According to reports from Human Rights in Iran, on 17 Azar 1402, six Baha'i citizens, namely Iren Rahmani, Babak Zeinali, Reza Yazdi, Shervin Shabrokh, Sahba Taef, and Fouad Taefi, were transferred to Ward 4, the quarantine section of the women's ward in Evin Prison. This transfer occurred after the completion of their interrogations and the formal charging process in Ward 2A of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps.
A source close to the families of these Baha'i citizens indicated that the interrogations of all six individuals in Ward 2A of Evin Prison had concluded. They had undergone the process of being formally charged at the Public and Revolutionary Prosecutor's Office in Shahriar County and are currently held in Ward 4 and the women's ward of Evin Prison.
It is noteworthy that on 16 Aban 1402, Nika Esmailpour, Iman Ehsani, Babak Zeinali, Shervin Shabrokh, Sahba Taef, Iren Rahmani, Fahimeh Yazdi, Reza Yazdi, Ali Baqer Kashani, and Fouad Taefi were arrested following a raid by Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps intelligence officers at Babak Zeinali's residence. During the raid, personal items, including mobile phones, were confiscated, and the individuals were subsequently detained and transferred to a security detention centre for the initiation of judicial proceedings.
A few days after their arrest, the six Baha'i citizens were taken to the Public and Revolutionary Prosecutor's Office in Shahriar County for questioning and formal charging. After completing the initial judicial procedures, they were moved to Security Ward 1A in Afsarieh and then to Ward 2A of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps in Evin Prison.
One of these individuals was initially supposed to serve their sentence in Greater Tehran Prison (Fashafouyeh Prison). However, sources have reported a transfer to Ghezel Hesar Prison in Karaj, and as of the time of this report, there is no precise information available regarding their current place of detention.
به گزارش حقوق بشر در ایران، در ۱۷آذر ماه ۱۴۰۲ طی روزهای اخیر، ایرن رحمانی، بابک زینعلی، رضا یزدی، شروین شبرخ، صهبا طائف و فواد طائفی، شش شهروند بهایی محبوس در بند ۲ الف سپاه پاسداران، پس از اتمام بازجویی ها و تفهیم اتهام به اندرزگاه ۴ بند قرنطینه بند زنان زندان اوین، منتقل شدند.
یک فرد نزدیک به اعضای خانواده این شهروندان بهایی ضمن اعلام این خبر به گزارشگر حقوق بشر در ایران گفت:”بازجویی های از هر ۶ نغر این افراد در بند ۲ الف سپاه پاسداران واقع در زندان اوین به اتمام رسیده و این افراد مراحل بازپرسی تفهیم اتهام خود را هم در شعبه بازپرسی دادسرای عمومی و انقلاب شهرستان شهریار پشت سر گذاشتند و در حال حاضر در اندرزگاه ۴ و بند زنان زندان اوین، بسر می برند.”
لازم به اشاره است، نیکا اسماعیل پور، ایمان احسانی، بابک زینلی، شروین شبرخ، صهبا طائف، ایرن رحمانی، فهیمه یزدی، رضا یزدی، علی باقر کاشانی و فوادطائفی،در تاریخ ۱۶ آبان ماه ۱۴۰۲، در پی یورش ماموران اطلاعات سپاه پاسداران به منزل بابک زینلی، پس از تفتیش منزل و توقیف برخی لوازم شخصی این افراد از قبیل گوشی های تلفن همراه سپس برخی لوازم شخصی از منزل بابک زینلی توقیف و در نهایت این افراد، بازداشت و برای تشکیل پرونده قضایی به بازداشتگاه آن نهاد امنیتی منتقل شدند.
هر شش نفر این شهروندان بهایی، چند روز پس از بازداشت، برای بازپرسی و تفهیم اتهام به شعبه دادسرای عمومی و انقلاب شهرستان شهریار، منتقل و پس از طی مراحل اولیه قضایی به بند امنیتی ۱ الف واقع در افسریه و سپس به بند ۲ الف سپاه پاسداران واقع در زندان اوین، منتقل شدند.
این فرد قرار بوده که جهت سپری نمودن دوران محکومیت به زندان تهران بزرگ (زندان فشافویه) شود، اما منابعی گزارش داده اند که به زندان قزلحصار کرج منتقل شده و تا زمان تنظیم این گزارش اطلاع دقیقی از زندان محل نگهداری وی در دسترس نیست.
