In a report dated **July 18, 2026**, it was reported that in recent days, **Mani Partani**, a resident of Bojnurd, the capital of North Khorasan Province, and one of those arrested during the nationwide protests in **Dey 1404 (December 22, 2025–January 20, 2026)**, who is being held in Bojnurd Central Prison, was sentenced by the judge of Branch 1 of the Revolutionary Court in that city to a total of **8 years in prison and a two-year travel ban**.
According to the verdict issued by the judge of Branch 1 of the Bojnurd Revolutionary Court, Mani Partani was sentenced to **five years in prison** on the charge of “assembly and collusion,” **two years in prison** on the charge of “propaganda activities against the regime,” and **one year in prison** on the charge of “insulting the Leader.” As an additional punishment, he was also sentenced to a **two-year ban on leaving the country**.
It should be noted that during the **winter 1404 nationwide protests**, Mani Partani was arrested by security and law-enforcement officers in Bojnurd. Following interrogation and the formal notification of the charges against him, he was transferred to Bojnurd Central Prison.
در خبری به تاریخ ۲۷تیر ماه ۱۴۰۵،طی روزهای گذشته، مانی پرتانی، ساکن شهر بجنورد مرکز استان خراسان شمالی و از دستگیرشدگان اعتراضات سراسری دی ماه ۱۴۰۴، محبوس در زندان مرکزی بجنورد، توسط قاضی شعبه اول دادگاه انقلاب آن شهر، در مجموع به ۸ سال حبس تعزیری و ۲ سال منع خروج از کشور محکوم شد.
براساس دادنامه صادره توسط قاضی شعبه اول دادگاه انقلاب بجنورد؛ مانی پرتانی، از بابت اتهام «اجتماع و تبانی» به تحمل ۵ سال حبس تعزیری، به اتهام «فعالیت تبلیغی علیه نظام» به تحمل ۲ سال حبس تعزیری و از بابت اتهام «توهین به رهبری» هم به تحمل ۱ سال حبس تعزیری و بعنوان مجازات تکمیلی هم به ۲ سال منع خروج از کشور محکوم شده است.
لازم به ذکر است، مانی پرتانی، در جریان اعتراضات سراسری زمستان ۱۴۰۴، توسط ماموران امنیتی ـ انتظامی در شهر بجنورد، دستگیر و پس از طی مراحل بازجویی ها و تفهیم اتهام به زندان مرکزی بجنورد منتقل شد.
